ATLAS PLANTS observes strictly Concrete Quality Control system in place ensuring that the necessary quality checks are carried at all stages of the production process for delivering quality concrete.

The quality of raw materials is checked visually at the delivery point before the material is discharged and used in concrete production. Continuous gradation, dust content and moisture content, checked and specific tests, are carried for ensuring the quality of materials are maintained at all times. At client's requests, tests are also carried out by independent laboratories for other properties of aggregates, cement and admixtures.

Control of Production Equipment, including the weighing scales is calibrated to ensure that the devices are functioning accurately. The ready mix trucks are inspected monthly to ensure that they are operating properly.
 

The batching plant daily inspection is carried out by the production team to ensure smooth running of the batching plant operations.

Concrete are checked at the batching plant’s check point area before the truck mixers leave the batching.

The mixed material is promptly delivered to the site in concrete transit mixers where emptied or pumped into place. Each concrete load is accompanied with a delivery note and mix constituents print out.
